Jack has been a real estate professional since 2001. He and his wife have owned and operated their own real estate business managing their own fully furnished Lake Norman rental properties in the Cornelius lakefront communities of Vineyard Point Condos, Wood Duck Cove Condos, Westmoreland Homes & Townhomes, Harborside, Mill Creek, Spinnaker Reach, Davidson Landing, Mill Creek, Rockridge Shores, and Admirals Quarters Condos. They saw a need for others relocating to the area and needing a temporary place to call home while they were able to take their time getting to know the area and finding their new home.
He has also worked with new home buyers as a new home sales consultant for a national builder in the Statesville, Troutman, and Sherrills Ford area. Helping clients match a new home design to their vacant land as well as locate vacant land for their new home.
His attention to detail stems from his early career serving the trade show industry. Being a time definite business, managing the details was the utmost importance and he brings that same attention to detail for his clients real estate needs from contract to close.
Jack and his wife April, have lived in the Lake Norman lakefront communities of Wood Duck Cove, Harborside, Rockridge Shores, and currently in a quiet lakefront neighborhood through the Peninsula Waterfront Homes near the Connor Quay neighborhood.
In their spare time they enjoy Charlotte’s professional sports teams, the NBA Charlotte Hornets and the NFL Carolina Panthers. They also enjoy attending and participating in local community events. They enjoy the Lake Norman area so much they created and trademarked a brand LVN LKN® merchandise, (Livin’ & Lovin’ Lake Norman), and give a portion of proceeds to Catawba RiverKeeper® Foundation to help ensure “plentiful clean water for generations to come”.
Whether you are looking to sell or buy property in the greater Charlotte or Lake Norman area, Jack looks forward to working with you and walking you through every step of the process and representing you to the fullest of his ability. Just call Jack. It’s an easy call to make.
